The game doesn't see the toothbrush

• Hold the iPhone upright at eye level, about an arm's length away, with the whole face in view.
• Brush in good light, and avoid a bright window behind your child.
• Check the toothbrush type (manual or electric) for that child in Settings.

Restore a purchase or redeem a code

Open Settings (the gear on the home screen). To restore, tap Germ Chase Plus and then Restore purchases at the bottom. To use a code, tap Have a code? Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Germ Chase. You can also get there from Settings with Manage subscription.

Family sync between parents

With Germ Chase Plus, open Settings, choose Family sync, then Invite another parent. Both iPhones need to be signed in to iCloud; the free iCloud plan is enough.

Add, rename or remove a child

All of this lives in Settings, behind a question for grown-ups.

Delete your data

Remove a child in Settings, or delete the app to remove everything on the iPhone. If family sync is on, Family sync → Delete the family's iCloud copy removes the iCloud copy too. See the privacy policy for details.
